The financing experience offers a convenient and secure portal-based loan processing system with personalized and common-sense decisioning.
A DEDICATED TEAM
American Standard Capital’s principals – Glenn Thomas and Tom Ravert – each have over 36 years of direct market experience in personal and corporate finance, CRE deal sourcing, credit and underwriting, valuations, zoning and ordinance review, submarket and microeconomic analysis, and capital markets. They manage deal flow and oversee the loan process, review, and personally approve all transactions, and guarantee the company’s performance with material credit enhancement. They have exemplary reputations in the industry for getting high-quality loans closed in a timely manner. The vast majority of the 4,000 loans they have originated were sourced through word of mouth and from referrals.
